Introduction to the Guest Card Terminal

 

The Uniware guest card terminal provides temporary cards/cashless accounts to visitors, contractors and non-permanent staff. Cards will be issued after the insertion of a deposit made in notes and/or coins. Deposit values and card account balances will be refunded (in coins) when the customer returns the card to the machine. This terminal can also be used by ‘regular’ cashless card holders for loading cash to their accounts. These types of card holder cannot, however, use the terminal to refund money from their accounts.

When you receive your guest card terminal, Uniware will have already installed and configured the related controller PC and software, and will have set a deposit and maximum refund value in order to protect the float.
