1. Insert coins and/or notes into the guest card terminal to cover the deposit value.
2. If the amount inserted exceeded the deposit value by more than the maximum refund value: The card will be automatically issued with the excess transferred to the card's spendable account balance.
If the amount inserted just covered the deposit value, or exceeded the deposit value but was less than the maximum refund value: The terminal display will display a message suggesting that guest card can be either collected, or by inserting more money, funds can be added to the card's spendable account balance. Press the yellow 'Cancel' button just to issue the card, or the green 'Accept' button to add to the card's spendable account balance.

2. A message will displayed stating that this card account can be either revalued or refunded.
3. Press the green 'Accept' button to revalue the card's spendable account balance.
4. Insert the required amount.
5. Press either the yellow 'Cancel' button, or the green 'Accept' button to retrieve the guest card.

3. These funds will be added to the cashless account associated with the inserted card.

Refunds will be made in coins only, up to the maximum refund value. If insufficient coins are available, the user will see the message ‘Insufficient coins in terminal. Please contact staff.' The terminal will still, however, function as a revalue loader, and card deposits will still be accepted. |
