Adding a new card user record

To add a new card user record:

You must complete the following:

1. The 'Card User Details' form.

You may also need to complete:

1. The 'Image' form (if you wish to store photo ID for this card user/print photo ID onto cards).

2. The 'Details' form (if you wish to add some special features to this card user account)

3. The 'User Restrictions' form (if you wish to apply purchase restrictions to this card user)

4. The 'More' form (if your IUMIS system includes UPAY, bar codes or template printing onto cards, payroll or credit card  top up, or if this card user should be restricted from using vending machines).

5. When you have finished entering data on any/all of the above forms, you must save the entries that you have made.
