Operator Logon/Logoff

Notes:

The operators who are allowed to use a till are defined when adding the operator logon till function button to the till map.

This logon/logout feature should not be used in environments where individual operator monitoring is required, as it does not require a card to be presented or an operator ID to be entered. It is useful if tills are left unattended for any reason in order to secure the screen.

If an operator logs off during a transaction, its details will be retained and displayed when the till is logged into again.

If required, tills can be programmed to automatically log off operators after each transaction (please contact Uniware for further information).
