This report provides a customer count by type (with spend information) between selected dates, times and time slots. You can choose to show data by selected user group/s, individual tills/till groups, trade area/s and till operator/s. Report contents can be refined further by selecting types of service (e.g. breakfast, lunch etc.), defining specific time periods, type of user and type of transaction. You can also select the report order.
The Headcount Report can be run at all levels and can be used to provide headcounts by the half hour, hour, day, week or custom period. You can also control the criteria of the headcount; the All Users setting will provide a report detailing spend-per-head in the period selected, the All Visits setting will produce a spend-per-transaction report.
